Just letting you know it seems they have to investigate with a higher up when asked to contact your place of purchase and say they refused. Will update on what they say after the review

they just replied today, it is approved to send back. CPU is small enough to just send an empty package

I'm planning to order a.new CPU (without the fan+cooler) and a liquid cooler, then say the CPU never arrived, it would work easily right? A lone CPU is probably very light

The CPU Itself, shouldn't weigh more than 85 grams, so It's fine to box them by sending the package on Its own.

Depends on the rep, this rep has been a pain but it was easy, but it was a long wait, and I'm getting somewhere now. Will post an update in reply to Mothered

yep I remember that, so I figured it was fine. The CPU I was doing (i9-10900k) was either a refund or get a replacement in Chinese packaging, had to sign a document stating I was ok with that. Not sure if they'll have me send it back or not, just a bit confused as they haven't mentioned anything about sending it back in a bit, but if they require it, I can pretty much do it by sending an empty package. Will keep you guy's updated
