INFORMATION
This guide will explain how to install a fresh, new copy of Windows 7 on to your computer for free.



NOTE
This tutorial requires a USB drive of atleast 4GB in size. Optionally, another USB drive of any size may be used to backup your data.
All of your data on the computer will be lost, so if you do have data that needs to be backed up, do it now, before proceeding.



DOWNLOAD
• 7zip
• uTorrent
*snip*
(Download after Windows is installed.)



PREPAIR USB
Insert your USB drive, so we can prepair it to boot the Windows 7 installation.
Right click your USB drive, and click "Format", and then click the "Format" button.
Press the Windows Key, and type "cmd", then right click "cmd.exe", and click "Run as administrator".



Type "diskpart"
Type "list disk"
Determine the disk # of your USB drive by looking at the listed disks, and their sizes.
Disk 1 shows a size of 3824 MB, which is rougly 4GB, the size of my USB I inserted, so Disk 1 is my USB drive.
Type "select disk 1" (Change 1 to whatever disk # your USB showed above.)
Type "clean"
Type "create partition primary"
Type "select partition 1"
Type "active"
Type "format fs=ntfs quick"
Type "assign"
Type "exit"



Once your Windows 7 torrent has finished downloading, go ahead and close uTorrent.
Locate the Windows 7 ISO file that you torrented, and use 7zip to extract all the contents to your USB drive.
You will notice a folder that was extracted called "REMOVE WAT". Delete this folder from your USB drive, it is not needed.
Press the Windows Key + R and type "cmd", then press enter. (Do not use an adminitrator command prompt for this part.)
Type "F:" (Change F to whatever letter your USB drive is.)
Type "cd boot"
Type "bootsect.exe /nt60 F:" (Change F to whatever letter your USB drive is.)



INSTALL
Restart your computer, with your USB drive inserted.
Press the F number key that opens the boot menu on startup. (Example : F12)
Select your USB device from the boot menu:



When the install begins, select a "Custom (Advanced)" install:



Next, you will see a partition manager. Click "Drive options" and delete every partition.
You should be left with only 1, labeled "Unallocated Space":



Next, click the "Next" Button. The rest is pretty self explanitory.
Your computer may restart a few times, you dont have to enter the boot menu on each restart.



ACTIVATION
Once Windows 7 has been installed, press the Start button, and click "Control Panel".
On the top right, change "View by" to "Small icons".
Click "Windows Update" on the bottom, and check/install updates.
You are going to have to do this a few times, and restart your computer alot aswell.
Once ALL updates are installed, download the Windows Loader. This tool will make your Windows 7 activated.
Once downloaded, simply run the EXE, and click the "Install" button, and then restart your computer.

"21. The forum isn't responsible for any illegally posted content, we try to remove illegal content asap."
Piracy can be thought as an illegal activity, but again admin makes the decision.
