I may have luck on my side. The parcel was deposited at a pickup point even though neither I authorised it nor they came to my house to deliver it. I sent more pictures of the box (in pristine condition), and told them that the label outside said it weighted 1.5kg although it says 2kgs in DHL's website.

I don't recommend hitting this store. Only got a 30% refund, even though there were inconsistencies in the shipping and had an unboxing video. They knew they were guilty, sent them a lot of emails and they wouldn't bulge.

that’s shocking I would recommend doing a charge back to recoup the full amount.

I got my full refund few days ago. I threatened them with uploading the unboxing video online and writing bad reviews, plus contacting authorities! Keep pushing!! Do a charge back if it won't work!

Was insta360 the store you hit? I threatened with writing bad reviews, telling my friends and my family, and accused them to ruin a trip I had (which was true). In the end I gave up because I really needed the item. A damn shame but not a big problem in the end
