Based on my locality there are a lot of Industrial companies who have fire extinguishers, most of which are outdated, sitting In their warehouse. They're more than happy to hand one over. Alternatively, eBay has quite a few but you need to weigh the cost of the extinguisher against the Item you wish to SE.

I actually meant to ask where you buy your Dry Ice from

I see, I thought you were referring to the extinguisher.

A local store sells It, which people buy It for when they have parties, weddings etc (the dry Ice effect on the dance floor).
