Is there a way to track back an IP address? even if they are using proxies?? or tor?

As far as I know, there is not. You can get a general location with an IP, provided they aren't using a proxy or VPN.

Dang... so there's no crack or tool for that at all? what if you have a bit more information of the actual terminal like a mac address, lets say?

MAC address should be unique, though it can easily be spoofed, so there isn't really (an easy) way to do it. Though I don't think it's impossible.
