Hello,

A few days ago, I ordered a JBL Partybox from Amazon. For some days, I couldn't get an update regarding the delivery date. Yesterday I got my order by DHL. They stored it in my garage. Now I'm thinking how to refund this. I think FTID will be the best and for reason "Shipment took too long".

What do you think? Will it work? It was ~20 kg and Amazon.de...

Did they make the decision to store It In your garage, or was It Instructed by you?

Also, was It purely left unattended without any delivery verification on your end- signature or otherwise?

It was instructed by me. I have a so-called "garage agreement"... And I got an email by DHL "Delivered"

That's why I thought FTID is the only working method

That's why I asked about It.

If the driver left the package at his discretion, he'd be liable for loss of goods but as It happens to be, you're held responsible which puts the DNA out of the equation.

Alternatively, you can use the wrong Item received and If the packaging Is suitable, the sealed box method will also suffice.

I will try this the next time. Wrong item seems to be a very strong method too.

When you take the time to prepare It by covering every angle that may possibly expose Its Intention, It's proven to be a very effective method.
