Maybe it's just being a douche like you. Anyway try taking it to other vets just to be sure it's really ok. What did he throw up anyway? A fur ball? If it is, I think it's normal for a cat to be like that. Maybe he ate something like fish and got a fish bone on its throat.

I took it to the vet today, they said it's part of his system. He'll be sick at times, not play and stuff, but eventually he'll get through that stage and be playful again. I'm happy
