Ridiculous.
Request your claim be escalated to a senior level.

Just to make clear I already received the advanced refund. But they will obviously try to rebill it (or ban me) when they notice the empty box.
What exactly was Involved with your SE?
Did you box the return, hence they received an empty box?
I wanted to return product a and product b legitimately (and so I did). I returned product b but the courier guy messed up and scanned the label of product a. Upon contacting the cs, they canceled that label and created a new one so I could also return product a, and said they would refund me the wrong package (product b) when they received it in their warehouse. After 2 weeks of back and forth (they literally told me to wait 72 hours multiple times just to come back another representant to tell me they have no idea what the case was and if I could explain it again (?), reinitiating the process) I was tired of waiting and (stupidly) created a label on the product b return page and sent an empty box (couldn't fool anyone, extreme poorly taped) just so I could get the advanced refund of the product b, and I received it!
Now I can't argue with them about this case because they think the correct product is on their way, and because the refund was already emitted.
Now, my priority is to not get banned, I don't care if they rebill me. Hence the question if I should talk to them beforehand about the empty box, said it was a mistake, to avoid a ban.
Btw, thank you so much for spending your time to help me!
