So what I did was I went to the b@nk and just canceled my old Visa Debit c@rd and gave it another shot. I also Changed my mac address and reset my router. I was 100 for sure banned there was no doubt about it. SO after that I went ahead and tried again and it worked. The thing is after my second SE I got banned again. So I am wondering is it the c@rd or what. I am gonna attempt to change my mac address and reset my router again to see if anything new happens. I might just have to try a new c@rd again. The thing that confuses me so much, is it my shipping and billing address that's blocked or the c@rd or what. So many Factors I dont know which one if could be. @mothered
