Hey everyone,

I've been trying to SE Trittons, I have emailed them the PID etc etc, so they are going to send me a new headset but I have this problem.

They asked me to send the headset in, So I did the good ol', Every courier refused as the headset has blood on the sponge bit of the ear-cushions and I can't wash that bit out. So they requested a photo of the headset with the ticket number next to it. Which I have done (not photo shopped).

They are then saying for me to remove the sponge ear-cushions, and then just send the headset..... So I replied with an email saying "Won't removing the ear-cushion void the warranty, and I'm not quite sure how to remove them"

I don't know what else to say to them, so I don't have to send the headset in... Think a box method would work with them or have you any ideas on what to say so I don't have to send the headset??

just photo-shop it and say its not worth sending in

Hmmm, It doesn't need to be photoshopped because I've already sent them a photo, with it in perfect condition, the problem is that the sound doesn't work.... -.-, so I'm not sure what to do... I think if they ask me to send It in i'll try box. Because It is my friends Trittons, soo there is no fake pic xD

If you box it now they'll definitely know it was fake. I think you should just start over, me personally.

If you box it now they'll definitely know it was fake. I think you should just start over, me personally.

Really you think? Because they haven't been suspicious at all, I mean all they have asked for is a picture of the headset with ticket number which i provided, and then they are saying send the headset with out the sponge bits.. So i think I'll just box and It will be okay..

Yeah - for earphones I used to say I had an ear infection.

Pretend you're the guy in charge of catching liars though - would you really believe that?
Most people would send the headphones in regardless of if they had the ear infection. It makes it almost obvious you're lying.
