I got scammed for refund, please I need sum help

I had no clue about anything, a guy i thought i was friend with(were talking together for like 6 months) scammed me by usurping someones refund shop, i'll not go throught any detail,
But now i lost like 250 eur for the airpods from amazon and also some more money for the refund this guy was intended to do.
can someone give me tips to get a refund from these airpods, note that i already turned them on and i don't know if it matters (like they could track it) also I did OTP, so ye let me know please what can ido (My acc is 1.5 years old and i made 600+$ in total orders

Please give me tips i kinda want the refund to go throught still, what method can i use ? I use the amazon.fr site

You will be fine, amazon at most will ask you to file a PR, they dont have the ability to track your airpods and they wont go to the lengthd of contacting apple for $250

nah it's someone I know from a long time ago, he is pretty dumb tho cuz i got all his personal infos, he was supposed to refund for me(cuz i didnt know shit)

No, AirPods per se cannot be deactivated remotely.
