And so they should.

You've complied with every request (PR Included), only to be thrown from one rep to another and ultimately told to deal with It yourself via a chargeback. That's not how claims are assessed, nor how customers are treated.
I will say I also called my bank and explained the issue, and they said they'll work with me if the company continues to play games (did not issue charge back, just gave them a heads up if it comes to that.)
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

Hope that it doesn't become necessary, but this means your bank can now pressure the company. It's a net gain for your odds of a refund because now the bank sees them as being difficult lol.

It may not come to that, so first wait for their response.

They may see logic and approve It.

Just wanted to update you all to say I had to go the dispute route. Never have I ever dealt with a company that flat out refuses to do a damn thing regardless of evidence you showed them to support your claim. And to the user who said "If you're not savvy enough" being savvy doesn't get you anywhere when their "team" decides they want to ignore you and that their "team" has no way to actually reach them. You can't control how someone acts on the other end of that phone, computer, ect. And in this case they chose to ignore me in hopes that I give up.

Be sure to have a record of all communications on hand.

It will significantly help settle the claim In your favor.

I made to sure to do all of that as well. Now it's just waiting game. Also I'm going to switch to serial number se'ing as I don't want to be refunding during the dispute phase. It might not be a big deal, but I rather be safe than sorry lol.

You've prepared yourself well, good work.

It's expected under the circumstances.

Be sure to be patient throughout the entire process.

Go with whatever It Is you're comfortable, and most Importantly, confident with.

Upate: My bank sided with the merchant, because the merchant said "Tracking number shows it was delivered." Which has nothing to due with my item (less than 80grams) not being in it's box. It's sad even my bank was too stupid to understand as well. I even asked my bank what was the weight bestbuy provided for the shipment, and they responded "They didnt provide that information" So they just sided with them just because big company said so smh. Also I may have another avenue to try but we will see.
