Can you do a chargeback if paying with paypal linked with bank account? so no credit card involvement?
I'm confused here you are saying that easier to go direct with credit card but i thought a chargeback worked only via paypal.. I dont have a credit card linked to my paypal.. I can get paypal credit though.. maybe thats better?

Yes, via a "bank reversal" with your bank/merchant.
The process Is no different to a credit card.

I was referring to a "Section 75", and not PayPal.

Not in the aspect of actually initiating it. I have been presented with a current much better opportunity to utilize all the PayPal accounts I have access to, therefore I will need to wait sometime for them to cool off before trying a R.
However I have gathered much more information on how to perform this SE successfully. I anticipate that I will initiate it around Xmas time.

As you've said, If you have a better use for your PayPal accounts, whereby they're preserved without being abused, then by all means go for It.
