Hello,
I would like to get a replacement on my HyperX headset that I bought at a local shop. Unfortunately, I can't refund there because I used a giftcard. So I was thinking of making an Amazon receipt and making up an excuse to the original hyperx website that amazon send me there and they could give me a replacement. I got all information on the box, ect.
Do you guys think this will work? And do you maybe know a legible excuse why I can't send it back? Thank you for helping me!
