they send a prepaid jiffy bag and the tracking number already on the label so they can track it im currently doing this and it doesnt seem seing huawei is going to work as it goes to a 3rd party repair centre and they say you have claim off royal mail as they not liable and huawei say the same as its not sent to them will keep you update

For some reason, It wasn't the case with the OP.

Actually in contact with Huawei now as my Jiffy never arrived... Might be handy in getting it to succeed as I can say they were unreliable with postage the first time

I think @devonguy82 might be referring to the label that they use to send it to the repair company, not the label when they send the bag to you. I have sent off the jiffy with the correct weight so I will report back.
