When I open the rat on my pc it works fine. But I want to test it on another computer with another ip adress. Because it works on my own pc. When I send it to the victims they say they "opened" the file but no slaves appear.

Your firewall could be disabled. Try disabling it and try what you did again.

Still does not work, really weird. It works on my pc though. Also the creator of the RAT has tested it on bots then it worked. Now I'm trying it on my victims and it doesnt.

Maybe your ISP is blocking the connection. Try using a VPN. There are some free options, or just use a cracked one.

Just to eliminate that It's not an Issue with the RAT Itself, have you tried other RATs on the same port(s)?

I guess you may need to study a little bit about concepts of networking and such.

Here are my questions though:

1. are you doing this locally or remotely? (did you send it someone through the internet or you are just testing this out of LAN)
2. if you're doing this locally then you should make sure that ip address, gateway and ports are configured properly with the "test.exe" program that you've sent to another computer.
3. make sure that the server side aka "the dashboard(or whatever you guys call it)" is listening to the right ports and ip address.
