How do you decide on weather a store is or is not worth refunding ? And how do you decide on what method will work with that store ?
I want to refund an electronics store that is regional but still is big enough.

Read the stores TOS. It usually says what will work on them and what not.

They arent here and what should I be looking for in TOS ?
Information that is relevant to SEing??? In which areas do they hold or not hold responsibility in case an issue arises, what is there return policy, how do they ship, who do they ship with etc... The answer to your question is obvious, and varies from SE to SE
