Little update : I called saying the product arrived broken, and told them my wife disposed it right away. Since I called 10minutes before the end of their day on a Friday, the rp was quite expeditive and told me that they'll send me a mail.
I then received the said mail where the company asked me for some photos, I eventually send them corrupted files.
Now I just received a shipping label, with the company asking me to return the damaged product.

I guess I'll send them a mail, stating that my wife disposed of the bottle, as I told the rp on first call.

I always think the broken/damaged bottle is risky. Unless you have the same coloured glass then you have absolutely no proof to send them.

Simply saying you've cut yourself and Immediately disposed the broken glass, works the majority of times.
