Hey, I've been studying some articles on how to make your own cryter, but I still do not know where to start from.

If possible could anyone point me in a direction on where to start with? I'm looking to make it in python, but c# is also a good start for me.
The file I'm trying to encrypt is the AsyncRAT client.
