How to contact Sony's support in EU? 10-26-2023, 12:48 PM #1
Hi guys, I am trying to contact Sony's specifically about PS 5. But I am totally unable to contact them via chat. I tried like 100 times and every time I get the same message saying the waiting time is too long try again later, which very stupid and annoying. Also when I try to start a repair I get an error message and can not submit it. How do you guys contact them? Maybe email address which monitored regularly?
Everything I post on this forum is only in my imagination. It did not actually happen, it is just for imaginary purposes.
