1) Go to sandisk.com and click on support.
2) Click on live chat
3)Pick the USB flash drive.
4) Tell them that you have to wiggle the usb till it finaly plugs in
5) If they ask you to return it say that you are a student or teacher and you need the usb for projects and stuff
6) They should ask for your address either through livechat or email and ship you your replacement
7) Enjoy your new USB

I just spent 3 hours wasting my time one trying to get a USB from Sandisk. They have no good customer support and I recommend not wasting your time buy the products or trying to Social Engineering them. I even called a talked to the office manager. Risky? Yeah, it was fun. I actually got into it.
