Step 1: First you will need to go http://support.kinivo.com/customer/portal/emails/new# Now on the right hand side there should be a button that says live chat. Click it!, Once you get these its time for you to put your story into play, start off with something like 'Hello i recently bought a kinivo mini portable speaker from amazon and when i went to use it, it would work the speaker only emitted a buzzing sound' Do NOT copy that come up with your own story. They will take you though some trouble shooting steps, just act like your doing them or have done them all.
Step 2: Just play along with it untill eventully he/she will ask you for your amazon order number, Generate a random one or use one of these http://pastebin.com/12CnNaa8 Now give that to them. They will say thank you, you will get your replacement soon and end the chat. If they dont and verify the order number there just act like you dont know why its not a valid order number and they will ask to send the receipt Biggrin
Step 3: They will email you and say the order number that you told them in the chat is not valid, can you please verify it. Send them the same order number. Again they will email you and say 'we are not able to look up your order with the mentioned order ID. Could you send us a snapshot of the order or email confirmation from amazon so that we can send your replacement across.'
Step 4: Now all you have to do is simply generate or edit an amazon receipt BUT make sure it has the same Order number as the one you gave them in the first place. If you dont know how to make an amazon receipt then find a tutorial there are lots of them, In my case i just like to edit it via inspect element.
Step 5: Send that receipt attached to the reply email and they will message you back it should ship out within 1-2 business days. As far as i know it works in the US and UK? i live in the UK and it worked for me sooo... Yeah good luck Cool
