How to DNA when UPS took a picture of delivery #1
I most recently ordered a exhaust system for my car, box it pretty hefty size and UPS delivered it to my front door, although I never signed for it it was just left out front and picture of delivery was taken. Can I DNA this? I emailed Summit and they provided proof saying it was delivered and provided picture as proof of delivery. I ordered through paypal . What should I do?

You could start by pushing them harder. You did not sign for the package.
It may have been delivered to your front door... but it was nowhere to be seen when you came back from work.

is it worth to continue to push them? Or refute to the bank/paypal or continue this a little longer ?

I wouldn't even bother with trying DNA with UPS. They'll get the driver to retrace the delivery

What’s that matter? He isn’t denying that the package got delivered to his house, he’s saying he wasn’t home and by the time he got home, it was gone.

Yes, it's always better to get the company to solve it, rather than involve external entities.
PP/bank should ideally be considered as backup alternatives, the claims they handle for you do add up, in a negative way.

Btw, PP would probably side with the seller if tracking shows delivered.
Bank could side with you, yet again that's a burned shot which could perhaps be better used.

Generally speaking, yes. But...

This.

It's actually quite a legit thing to claim, in this instance the driver is almost an "ally", as he did in fact deliver.
(well, still dont forget he was sloppy doing so, he should have got your signature).

Thing is, claiming this leaves no room for anything other than actual theft, hence they will probably ask for PR.
@Jhxxhdudjshd has some good ideas to try & SE them against that.

Ask for your signature, they have to justify that the order has been delivered to you.
If the company refuses try to escalate the case.
Paypal dispute should be opened if they refuse to escalate the case, just keep in mind to give all details to PayPal including the email they refuse to escalate the case and their proof of delivery isn't valid because there isn't a signature.

I have since messaged back to them about not having signed for anything and they got back to me with this reply, should I keep pushing forward with it , how?

"Hi ,

For the most part, we do not require a signature on deliveries. Does the picture in UPS tracking resemble your property at all? While the address cannot be seen, there are other details to focus on to identify if it is your property. Please review and let me know what you think. "

If it was left outside, and you didn’t authorise a ‘safe place’, the company has responsibility for your parcel still. Someone probably walked pasts your drive and decided they like the look of the shiny box sitting there …
