I had issues with legit in-store returns with them years back because I used the stuff. Just went to another store and that usually worked. Some people give way too much of a shit about their shitty jobs. lol

Yeah 90% of my SE’s were doing what ever I thought would work usually would, and getting them to pick it up

What do you think about getting a replacement, swapping that, then getting a refund by swapping the first new watch for the second? So if they block the one I replaced it would block the second one I returned.

I don’t know if they would even block it to be fair just don’t use it till your refunded

When ordering for delivery on Argos, it’s very easy to manipulate the live chat team, and then return stuff for example you order a bath gift set, and you order a MacBook, you message live chat once saying the gift set was spoilt they will set up a delivery, you say the MacBook is broken and you want a replacement, they sent you 2 emails for collection but it included the price on the email also, you will tell them your only returning the bath set and you’ve bought the MacBook and they should leave it, they did me with a ps5
this seems like a good method but im confused what you mean by setup a delivery

I've read this a few times, but I'm not quite understanding it. Could someone elaborate on this method?

Update: Argos is easy to manipulate for resealed items of the same weight
1. live chat and reason for return. Setup collection date.
2. driver picks up product.
3. refund within 5 days for credit card.

Still not sure about checks for items. Some inside knowledge of the returns department for Argos would be a big help. Confused

Argos checks In-store sealed box returns, but they're more relaxed when preformed online.

Can back this up.. they will open returns in store… I’m wondering how they would deal with a “ EB” or “MEB” in store ? MacBook/ Apple Watch, drone?

Had a genuine reason for returning unopened ps5. They opened every single part, Controllers cables the lot. I said how are you going to sell it now. They said we just return to Sony.

They're totally different claims, but given they're meticulous with checking sealed box returns In-store, I'd say they'd be the same with the said methods.

I should've worded myself better.

I'm referring to their thorough assessment of claims. I remember at one point, they were extremely difficult to deal with.
