Is it cool to buy something in store and schedule a return via pickup? Or would I have to go back in to the store in person for the return unless I order online?

Not according to their returns policy... I am assuming the last column relates to arranging a collection from your home.

If you buy in store you have to return in store but if you get it delivered you can return in store, but in store tend to check allot more I returned a sealed shaver before they opened it up. I had a shocked face so they refunded me but was well close

I had issues with legit in-store returns with them years back because I used the stuff. Just went to another store and that usually worked. Some people give way too much of a shit about their shitty jobs. lol
Yeah 90% of my SE’s were doing what ever I thought would work usually would, and getting them to pick it up
