I highly doubt he does. There is no 'whitelist' for addresses, they only have a blacklist - which if he does what he said then he would be blacklisted.

I highly doubt he does. There is no 'whitelist' for addresses, they only have a blacklist - which if he does what he said then he would be blacklisted.
