I dream around 5 times a year.

My brain processes stuff a lot faster than can be performed in real life, EG I know this whole paragraph before typing it, so dreams must be hyper-speed when being 'displayed' to me.

As far as being 'displayed" so quickly you don't recognize it, not entirely true. I'll admit its possible, but its not likely. You're more than likely someone who doesn't remember dreams, or one of the few who just doesn't have dreams, but that would be in the case of a severe psychological disorder. I have a relatively quick mind, which is why my dreams last longer (in my head at least) than those that my girlfriend has. She spends a few days worth of time in her elaborate dreams, whereas mine can span weeks.
Also possible is that you're not getting quality sleep, or get woken up without remembering before you can reach REM sleep and start over again.

I mean like, if you feel sluggish in the mind right off the bat from getting up.
