Hehe, Sendkeys to disable UAC. With an interesting error messagebox one could really pull this off. Good one.

Quite frankly, i would say that if you dont know what netstat is then you arent at a skill level that would make this information useful to you.
not everything is a beginners tutorial. he's provided the relevant information to pass off the concept he wanted to explain. If you dont know the basics such as what netstat is Google is always available. If you would like something specific about the concepts explained than that is a relevant question to be posted in response.
