How do i refund a package that was sent to a drop off

Hello guys,

I would like some help to refund a console that I bought. FedEx was trying to send me my package but I couldn’t be home to accept it.(work&school). FedEx decided to drop it off in a store near my house. Do you guys think I’m still able to refund it?

My spot where they leave packages dont require me to sign (local little cornor shop)

They just dont care. He scans it at hands me the package.

Ive done "the package was picked up, but it wasnt me"

If you're thinking of DNA'ing It, It's not good practice to get others Involved.

Do consider traditional methods that actually work, as opposed to the flawed so-called FTID.

Do any of you have opinions on mail forwarding services? Good because they can't prove it was received, or bad because it is being processed through a third party?

From experience, it’s like an in and out kind of thing. You’ll claim before / when it arrives to that third party service.
