I know with regular food deliveries - you can say you got sick. It's more common but I 'd like to SE some ice cream from DD, UE or GH. Seems to be less believable if I say I got sick from it and there are multiple containers (so maybe only a partial refund)
Also an easy thing to say would be that it melted but that would take away from the driver.

Any suggestions?
