Sure, if you have a valid S/N and can box them. Most FedEx employees will check if the xbox is in the box first.

Anyone and anything can be SEd.
It's a little too big to box, so you can use the DNA or wrong Item received method.

It also depends which retailer you decide to buy the Xbox from, some companies will greatly hinder your chances of success.
