That is exactly what I am referring to. You send me say £20 PayPal, and I send you £20 btc.
So you basically meant you are using the Google currency converter rate.
Also it helps if you use £s as well, feeless transfers.

If you're really interested, you could withdraw the Bitcoin to my bank account, and from there I can send it to paypal. Obviously not your first choice if you're talking big amounts.

Depending on what service he uses, withdrawing to bank wouldn't be more than 1%, moving it to paypay would have 0 fees, but then paying you on paypal (If you don't live in the EU) would have 1-2% fees aswell. I would do it for a little +rep Tongue

The bitcoin transaction from you to him has fee's + withdrawal and deposit fees.

It would only be me paying a fee for sending the bitcoin.

I heard somewhere that some exchanges are already working with PayPal, and you can replenish balance . I think this should work in the opposite direction, although I am not sure.
