Two things:

1.Dont use leaky battery method , they tend to take it seriously something as simple as the headphones do not turn on unless I tilt the cable connection in a certain angle would of done.

2. If attempting to s.e products first do them to a random address you find on google. Do not do it to your own first time. This way if it works you can then redo it in a week or two to your own address. But if you fail nothing lost , just try another method to another random address. Someone will get some free headphones but fuck it.

Well I emailed them saying. "Hello, may I ask where you're at with the replacement?" If I get cut off and ignored I'm blaming your Mothered lol. You do know this is only one of the many other SE I have taking place right now. I will post my Vizio TV D-series progress.

Jesus Christ you blew it, never act like you're in a position of authority, that makes you look like a douschebag and will decrease your chance of successfully SE them. The only solution I can think of is maybe try to apologize for being rude and show that you're calmed down. I would use this.:

"I am sorry for sending so many messages but I really need these headphones, I understand if the replacement cannot be given but could I just get a response? Thank you."

Lets be honest, it's probably a good thing he didn't SE an overpriced, crap pair of headphones. Or maybe it isn't, because at least people who know better can point at laugh at him for using them.
