Whats the most I can get away with without a signature? Could I do a 1k laptop or monitor? Also wondering for refunding aswell thanks

Anyone could've signed It, even the carrier driver- which I continue to experience on a weekly/fortnightly basis.

So would a 800-1000 monitor/laptop that was SE'd normally require a signature upon delivery? Wondering bc I dont want to fake sign for a package

So in Germany actually no signature is required for anything because of COVID-19.
I SE‘d a high value item (1,6k) with no signature and DNA.
It was pretty easy.
So just try not to open the door so that the package would be droped.

The company lets say HP for a $500-$1000 laptop thru USPS. You think that would require a signature?. Shipped to a drop in a rural area.
Is it just the carrier that decides the signature? If so who is more prone to not requiring one.
Really im just wanting to figure out which company I can get a Advanced replacement from ad well as not requiring a signature

Based on the above, why would a fake signature be an Issue? It cannot be pinpointed and traced to you.

The drop is an abandoned house. Thats a little run down an empty on the inside. Should I dress up like im working on it to get the signature?

Give the appearance that It's your own home by doing some maintenance work. If there's lawn/soil on the property, wearing a pair of gardening gloves and pulling out a few weeds here and there will suffice.

I appreciate all the help, im starting to think that ordering it to a vacant apartment. When the postal carrier enters the complex I will walk up to him an ask for my package. I'll say something like " Do you have a package for joe shmoe? I have to leave for work" than hypothetically he hands me the package an I sign a fake signature. That sound ok to you?
