mothered sorry to ask for you help again but I tried again with the g933 and I have a s/n(on box) and receipt However I just got an email with troubleshooting and also instructions from warrant team which are:
If this fails to work:
Our warranty team is asking for the following: Please attach your invoice of the product. Please also send us a video presenting the issue. In the beginning of the video, please put a handwritten case number next to the device. Show us the device details, including S/N on the device directly. After this, please show us the issue. Please upload the video to youtube or google drive and share the link with us.
I am not quite sure what to do I assume to play dumb and not know how to use YouTube, then send corrupted files by mail (idk if they may find this suspicious as when I said what my problem is it was well worded, I also had to put my age so I put 27). Or say my phone is old and without a camera and most of my friends are all online. I'm not sure what will work if you have any suggestions thanks!

My very first SE was on paypal. Was successful but, yeah. I thought about amazon and would give them a try. Looks promising!

No.
This Is what their request Is based on:
Quote:Please upload the video to youtube or google drive and share the link with us.
Compliance on your part, will demonstrate you're making an effort to resolve the matter. Send them a YouTube or Google Drive link but alter a single character (or two) In the URL, hence rendering the link futile. I'm quite certain they'll keep requesting the link, so keep repeating the process. This method Is similar to that of sending corrupted files- both are not functional.
Keep reassuring them that's It's working fine on your end.

I already have an s/e and m/n I was just wondering if I say I bought it from Amazon (I think Amazon receipts are easier to make, idk) or I should say I got it in a different country or another place, if so does anyone know how to make a receipt or a guide for making one. I understand Photoshop quite well and use it often.
Thanks if you can help!
Hey, I'm really new to this and was just scrolling through the forums when I saw the shortcuts like s/e m/n and s/n (and if there are more) mean. If someone could help me out it would be great thanks! I was gonna make a new post about this but as I'm not sure what any of it means I was afraid of it'd be out of context so sorry for being no help to you bud. Hope your SE works.

Hey, I'm also new. But I'm pretty sure:
SE- Social Engineer
m/n- Model Number (all of the one product will have the same m/n(i think))
s/n- Serial Number (each product will have an individual unique code, this is vital for SE'ing(social engineering)
Hope I could help and I didn't just confuse you!

I just got this
Thank you. However, once again this youtube link does not lead to a video. Unfortunately, without this we will not be able to assist you with your warranty replacement claim. I will be closing this case due to lack of cooperation with our request for a video we can reach.
Not sure if I got unlucky with the rep or I did something else. I think is may of been because when they said to re-upload I replaced on yt and used another invalid link.
