first attempt at seing, im not really sure where to go from here as i cant use a fake receipt and need a fake email (which i have no idea how to produce) in order to continue.
any and all help is appreciated

Their troubleshooting response Is hilarious, namely confirming It's "clearly a hardware Issue" and then contradicting themselves by suggesting to perform the garbage Windows updates.
That aside, I suggest removing your name from the Image.
