Help with Nike refund 02-24-2024, 10:00 PM

Hey. I have a new account on Nike and I want to buy some airforce 1’s and some Jordan 3’s. Total will be around £290. I live in the uk. What method do you guys think I should use??

Hey, update on the parcel, the delivery driver didn’t even knock and I missed it. I was waiting for the parcel the whole time as well. Now it’s being sent to a shop and I have to collect it from there. I’m guessing dna is out of the question.
Im only really interested in the af1 shoes not the hoodie so do you think I could say the shoes were missing in the box and only the hoodie and the shoe box was in the package? The shoes are quite heavy though so I’m not sure it would work.
The courier was dpd but it didn’t require any signature or pin to my knowledge.
What’s your opinion on what I should do?

So I got the parcel now and I called customer service saying that I got the hoodie and the air force 1 box but the shoes wasn’t in there. She said that they’ll open an investigation that’ll take 3-5 days and will email me back. I’ll update when I get a reply.

Unless you're linked to a previous account, I think you will get your refund.
You did the right thing by saying only the hoodie arrived. If it fails you can ftid them or file a chargeback.

Think positive. They are going to issue your refund. Peb which you done, has a very high success rate.
Keep us updated when Nike responds to you.
