And yes, be sure the box appears to be tampered with.

So I'm having a serious problem, I dna'd a phone which I then got refunded(from the same site asgoodasnew). No big deal. After a few weeks they told me that dhl had proof (signature) of my neighbor that the package did arrive and told me that if I don't repay them or send the phone back, they will report me to the police. I have talked with them on the phone that i did not receive anything and they said that they have done multiple dhl investigation which all proved that the phone arrived.
Is it wise to say that the neighbor eventually gave it back and then ftid them? And would the ftid really work? I do not want to hassle with police.
