The last rep I spoke to today claims ebay will process a returns label withing 24hrs, so we shall see....

Yes, spoke to another today. Got his name. "Chris".

They said they are giving Currys an official warning and if they have not sent a returns label by next week, Ebay will issue a refund without it.

Good to hear. I've heard multiple times in the last week that Currys eBay customer service is a nightmare and difficult to reach/get anything done with. Glad that eBay is taking your case seriously despite of Currys being one of their big shops.

Finally got the refund.
Ebay closed the case in my favour almost 10 days ago. Had to keep calling to request where the refund is each time but finally it came through!

Very happy.
