Help with Currys EB SE - Dareelistchick - 09-06-2020

I'm having issues wih an 2 items I purchased via Currys Ebay too...

I've asked for a refund but the problem is they wont issue me a returns label instead they keep trying to make me book a collection with them via DPD.

I've tried emailing, phoning, web chat, Ebay message and they all tell me to do the same thing...

I have also spoke to ebay directly. At first they said they would intervene and process me a label if there was no response after 5 days but after calling Ebay again, they changed their tune and said they cannot process the label as Its against the terms & conditions of the seller Currys. They have to do it...

Any suggestions of a way around this ? Please help.. I've had the item for almost 2 weeks now.

Don't SE on Ebay.

You won't learn anything plus con a poor individual sellers.

Currys PC World have stores/shops on eBay, so I believe this Is what the OP Is referring to.

I recommend SEing sellers with 500+ ratings for higher SR.

My personal 10+ year-old eBay account has 500+ reviews and I would not be a happy bunny if someone tried to SE any of my (mostly used and low value) goods on there.

If you go for eBay, go for large corporations/chain stores. SE'ing from individuals or tiny family businesses trying to make a living isn't really a great approach for many here.

With all due respect, this is the wrong forum section to discuss such matter.
No hard feelings when SEing.
