yeah, they don't do OTP here. They literally just dump the box in front of your door at the street and left, I think an DNA could be very effective here, regardless whether they take pictures of the package at the frontdoor , right?

funny how I asked for help so early, yet it is still on its way. So what should I do? just contact amazon a day later saying I never got it?

Get In contact the day after the delivery, and say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Thanks! Just curious though, why wait until the day after the delivery? I imagine it would be pretty reasonable to be anxious/annoyed if the package didn't arrive even though on the website it says "arrived", and a customer would be motivated to contact support?

another question is the method of contacting amazon, is chat preferred or a phone call to the support preferred?
