What happened is that I claimed DNA, waited a week for investigation ecc., and then the company says "we confirmed with the courier that the package was delivered to the correct address. the courier spoke to a family member." and that's it. No attempt to resolve my issue, which is "the tracking says delivered but I received nothing".
the part about the family member is true. The courier ringed the bell, and then left the package on the ground floor after speaking to the family member via doorphone. No one signed.

I wonder what's the best way to tackle this. Seems like the company wants to dodge the issue with "the package was delivered, I don't care if it was stolen under your porch"

best way is keep insisting, that's just how DNA works. They can investigate all they want, until they actually say claim is fully denied you can still keep saying it's not there, you can't find it, etc, and blame them, til they refund you. If they don't and deny it, PP claim or CC chargeback

The address Is not what you're disputing, but rather you haven't personally received the package.

The driver's word holds no value when verifying consignments.

He could've made the whole thing up. Does It suggest It's true and correct just because he says so?

I had to mail Amazon almost a dozen times before my DNA got through, so keep pushing and good luck!

Still emailing back and forth. The company is asking the courier to find the package, but the courier didn't come to the door lately, and no calls from him either.
I guess I will keep asking for a resolution until they decide something.
