I have already started learning Python and have finished experimenting with C++ long ago (I swear it looked easy before I got into text processing).

I plan on learning other languages soon (Perl, Ruby, PHP, C, Java, C#, Lisp, etc..), but I was wandering which languages are best for creating botnets, exploits, worms and that sort of thing.

PS. Website and server hacking as well. I know C and Perl (Python and ruby) are good for exploits, and Javascript and SQL for website hacking, but are there any other languages commonly used for hacking, cracking, defacing, and exploiting?

What could you do with Assembly. :rofl:
Try Visual Studio 2010.
You can pretty much code any language in that. So you can use it as your compiler for other languages and may be then you get interested in learning VB side by side.
