Hi everyone,
I would like to inform you that my first refund of 140€ from Nike has been confirmed. I've had a phone call from them and I got a reply from them in a chat this morning, which confirmed the refund. I'm not an expert, but I'm not sure if they really do an investigation with the carrier.
