As long as It's not an affidavit (which I don't believe It Is from what you've stated), It's fine to go ahead and sign It.

i keep them for my self but the safest way is to sell locally or to your friends

Wherever you like.
In contrast to tech-based Items that contain IMEI/serial numbers, articles of clothing obviously don't have such Identifiers, hence cannot be linked to you, personally.
