Hello HackCommunity!
I'm 'm0dem' and I'm a *younger* hacker who plays around with Python, the Linux(Fedora) shell, and C++. I've learned a lot about programming/hacking/computers in the last months and I hope to learn and gain much more knowledge/experience from this forum. I used to make 2D games in Python using the Pygame module and now I often play around with sockets (very easy to implement in Python compared to C++). I'm more interested in hacking using tools (that I make) through a shell then hacking with tools (that I didn't make) through a fancy GUI. I may try to hang around the IRC, so if you want to talk to me, look there.
-=m0dem=-
btw - How do I set my signature?

What did I say wrong to make no one want to reply to my post? =P

Hi there m0dem, Welcome to HackCommunity Smile
Don't worry about the lack of replies, It's common around here. Judging from your introduction, I can already see that you're not a newbie, which is good because you'll be able to contribute to this community.
We (well, at least me if not anyone else) look forward to seeing you on IRC.

Hello, m0dem, and welcome to the community. I am fairly new here myself, and have absolutely no programming experience, except very little in C++ and Visual Basic 2010/2008.

This forum has an IRC? I did not know that, I would use it myself, unfortunately, I have absolutely no clue how to use IRC (plus my parents will not let me XD).

Here's how you get to the IRC chat:
(bar at the top of the window)->'Menu'->'IRC'
(I hope that's understandable)
^^^my first contribution to HC =)

Hey there, @m0dem.
My name's Maxx, I'm a regular around here. It's nice to meet you.

It's not particularly uncommon for introductions to get little to no responses on HC as a lot of people don't care about them. I personally care about a nice introduction, but as they say "to each their own". Actually, believe it or not, even I received no replies on MY introduction.

Also, please be sure to read the rules:
https://www.hackcommunity.com/rules.php

Thank you, and welcome to HackCommunity.
I hope to see you around HC's IRC channel sometime.

EDIT: You will need a subscription to have a signature on here. You could go for HC Lite with HackCommunity coins, or even help contribute to HC by buying HC Ace or HC Gold with IRL moneyz.
