Carrots give you good eye sight. Tomatoes are pretty healthy.

Highly reccomend, I like sauteeing some kale/chard with onions and garlic and some lemon juixe/balsamic vinegar!
A bunch of kale/chard should run you $2-3 and it's a LOT of greens

i would say any food is good if it is natural unposessed and withoud sugar ect
(unless you eat too mutch of it)
