I don't really think it's the VCC as long as it's different numbers, they are not blocking entire company. it's pretty normal now for less than $500 orders on non aged accounts to get put on hold.

What you can try to do if you have phone data is use it to create the account far away from your house/location. This gives you a good chance at a clean IP which is better than any VPN.

I used different addresses every time, tried them without jigging and tried them with jigging, the same outcome. They haven't been used by me in the past, it's first time I am using them. I tried ordering some cheap candy, the order couldn't pass and said processing I definitely think that a VCC could be a problem, not even talking that Wise VCC are one of the most popular like Revolut, so they are used many times and easy to detect by Amazon, and also they are Visa card's with Mastercard VCC I had more luck and less problems.

I tried mobile data but unfortunately I get captcha when going to Amazon website. Tried it multiple times.

I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

Still getting AVS for using Wise VCC. I would recommend Monese, but you get only one VCC. On Revolut you get 4 VCC and after using them and deleting you get a 30 day cooldown. There is Zen bank, he gives you 10 VCC, but first ones are free then it's 5 euro/each. But they are kind of strict, if you refund regularly and grab their attention you will get your account suspended, it is a warning and after you promise not to abuse their system again, it will be unlocked. But their VCC recently are not working quite good with Amazon, so you are wasting 5 euro each one.

I see. Thank you for sharing your experience. I'll give revolut a try.
Just, to clarify the "process": you upload your legit ID to revolut and then you create a regular virtual credit card, not a disposable one.

As far as I know Revolut recently changed it's policy, so the chargeback process is not that easy as it was before, not to mention you have to talk with live agent and he says if the chargeback could be done or not. On other banks you have to read their chargeback rules, because some of them will help you, some of them will tell it's your and seller's problem and they can't do anything.
