I saw a thread/post saying you can easily dna them but in there policy / terms and conditions they're not liable and can refuse to reimburse you.

That Is correct, they do not honour refunds.

Also, their customer service Is quite poor.

Sounds like 1 free dna per account to me, kinda asking to be se’d with that article being on their own website.

Yes, whilst researching I have seen alot of genuine customers complain about overall poor service. People receiving fake/ damaged shoes and having to pressure them a ton to get any result and in some cases getting no compensation at all.

However I have also saw people have a lot of success with support.

I have saw 2 or 3 cases where people cancel their order whilst it's in transit And the item is still delivered and they get their money back at the same time.

Any ideas?
I'm thinking my best bet is DNA and if they deny my claim I can always return it

They can be DNA'd, but due to their mismanagement of claims and poor customer service, It may be a lengthy process so be prepared for It.

Okay I'll keep that in mind. I'll do a little more research to see if there is any more options and if not I'll take my chances and ride out with the DNA

I haven't been able to buy what I wanted because of some issues I have to prioritise but I am very confident in this succeeding when I have the chance.

I met a nice individual who SE'd them recently and they told me it was extremely easy even with no prior orders.
