Which is bs. I had all positive feedback and sold thousands worth through ebay
Does anyone know how I can bypass this?
Why bypass It when there's no reason to?
You've stated It's complete BS, so eBay must justify their decision for banning the account. If need be, contact them 50 times a day using every communication gateway until you get a reply.
My reason for wanting to bypass is because it seems much easier than doing just that.
I got replies but obviously not with the outcome I wanted.
They refused to provide evidence it was counterfeit stating that if they told me how they knew it was counterfeit it would make their job harder since I could fix the "flaws" I even offered to provide receipts
(genuine receipts. I didn't even know about SEing like this last year)
of the item and more pictures but they refused saying something along the lines of "we have investigated your case thoroughly enough to ensure no mistakes we're made so we cannot reverse or remove the suspension"
I can't say I tried my best to get them to remove it or I'd still be calling and emailing multiple times till this day.
But in my opinion I tried enough.
I couldn't handle passive aggressive cucks telling me the same thing over and over
Again let them be.
If I thought there was a chance of getting that account back I would agree with you. But I just don't see it.
I understand your position.
I operate differently. If my account was banned/closed on false grounds, I don't allow them to get away with It when It's clearly their error. That just the way I work, others seek other gateways to correct It without addressing the Issue at hand.

You have motivated me to throw myself at them one last time, before trying to make another account and giving in, next week when I have time I'm literally going to contact them 50 times.

Good to read.
You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain - should the account be reinstated.

My account has been suspended for selling 'counterfeit items' about 3 times now, but the main reason why this happens is if you only include 1/2 pictures in your listing.

There are services out there on other forums claiming they can reinstate accounts from all kinds of suspensions but it is expensive (just under $1000).
Alternatively you can buy a new "ghost" account but they are quite expensive these days too.
The downside is that you would have had to start from the beginning.
That is an absolute scam. I think I'll just use my sisters account or sell through her
I don't know if it is. The service is being offered on one of the most reputable ebay/paypal forums. The thread has mixed reviews though, some positive and others saying their accounts were resuspended and the seller stopped responding.
Heard of ebay banning accounts of family members but there was probably also something linking the accounts more than surname...

If a number of reputable members have reported It's worked, then It's very likely not a scam.
Those who had a negative experience, was probably due to other Issues within their environment. I'm not suggesting one or the other, but rather outlining the possibilities.
